Terms — content & moderation
DRAFT — this wording is pending legal review and may change. It describes how moderation works today.
Ratings are never public
Free text and replies are visible only to the verified owner of the rated plate — never to the public. Text is published to the owner only after moderation.
What we moderate
Free text must stick to observed driving behavior. Personal details (names, addresses, phone numbers, other plates), insults, threats and accusations beyond observed behavior are removed. Nothing is auto-approved: every published text passed review.
Automated pre-filter
An automated filter checks free text before publication and can reject it without human review. If that happens you receive a statement of reasons saying so, and an appeal always gets you a human review.
Appeals
Every moderation decision comes with a statement of reasons and can be appealed in your moderation center. Appeals are decided by a human, never automatically.
Reporting content
Anyone — with or without an account — can report content. We review every report, act where warranted, and inform reporters who leave an email address of the outcome.
